The Role
As a Salaried GP, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a busy and rewarding primary care setting.
Responsibilities will include:
- Face-to-face and telephone consultations
- Assessment and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Home visits where required
- Prescribing and medication reviews
- Reviewing pathology results and clinical correspondence
- Managing workflow, tasks and referrals
- Supporting continuity of care and preventative health initiatives
- Working collaboratively with nursing, pharmacy and wider multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in clinical governance, audit and quality improvement activities
- Contributing to a supportive learning environment across the organisation
You will be joining an experienced and welcoming team committed to delivering excellent care for our local communities.
About You
We are looking for GPs who:
- Hold full GMC registration and a licence to practise
- Are included on the NHS England Performers List (or eligible for inclusion)
- Are committed to delivering high-quality patient care
- Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Are proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting colleagues
