At Firehorse Group Limited, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for confident, driven individuals to join us as Telemarketing Executives in our Bournemouth office.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, ambitious company where hard work is recognised, development is encouraged, and success is rewarded. Whether you already have experience in outbound sales or simply have the right attitude and determination to learn, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As a Telemarketing Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective business customers, introducing our services and creating opportunities for our field sales team.

Your focus will be on speaking with business decision-makers, building interest, and booking qualified appointments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound business-to-business calls using company-provided data
Introducing Firehorse Group’s products and services professionally and confidently
Identifying potential customer needs and generating interest
Booking appointments for the field sales team
Building rapport with business owners and key decision-makers
Updating and maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system
Following up with prospects where required
Working towards individual and team performance targets

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, customer service or sales
Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
Motivated, resilient and target-driven mindset
Ability to stay positive, focused and handle objections in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable speaking with senior business contacts
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
A genuine desire to progress and succeed

What You’ll Get

Starting salary of £25,000 rising to £27,500 upon successful completion of probationary period and further salary progression opportunities based on performance
Uncapped commission and bonus structure
