Care in the Place That Matters Most — Home
At Aucklands Care, we provide more than support — we create stability, reassurance, and dignity for people in the place they feel safest: their own home.
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Night Health Care Assistants to support individuals across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, including young adults and adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and dementia.
We understand travel matters — so we work with you to allocate packages close to your home location wherever possible.
