Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment, providing exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately and balance tills at the end of shifts.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a positive atmosphere.
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
Follow responsible serving policies to promote guest safety.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Proven ability to serve drinks confidently and professionally.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude are essential for creating a welcoming environment for guests. This role offers an engaging work environment where your hospitality skills can flourish while providing excellent service to our valued guests.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
