Full job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Pipefitter Welder to join our workshop team. The successful candidate must be confident working from technical drawings to fabricate and weld pipework systems to a high standard. A strong background in the petrochemical industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate, fit, and weld pipework in a workshop environment
Read and interpret engineering drawings and isometrics
Carry out TIG/MIG/Stick welding on carbon and stainless steel pipework
Measure, cut, prep, and assemble pipe systems accurately
Ensure all work is completed to required quality and safety standards
Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pipefitter Welder
Strong knowledge of pipe fabrication and welding processes
Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications
Experience with stainless steel and carbon steel pipework
Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
Relevant welding qualifications/certifications
