Full job description

Are you a passionate and security-conscious individual seeking a rewarding role?

We are currently hiring a Mobile Response Officer to join our team based in the Westbourne (Dorset, South West Region)

As a Mobile Response Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to alarm activations as soon as possible, demonstrating efficiency, safety and professionalism.
Conduct locking and unlocking procedures at customers' sites, guaranteeing their safety and security.
Perform regular foot patrols of clients' premises to identify and address any potential security risks.
Collaborate closely with our 24-hour control room, receiving tasks such as alarm activations and completing hourly check calls.

Requirements:

Applicants must have a valid full UK driving license with no more than 3 points.
Must have access to your own vehicle.
Hold a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Door Supervision / Close protection license. Candidates with Security Guard or without an SIA license will not be considered.
Comfortable and confident attending alarms during the day, night and weekends, driving for extended periods in low-light conditions.
Exhibit strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Hours:

Variable as and when, responding to alarm calls.

Pay Rate:

£25.00 per successful alarm callout.
