Job description
Based in Welwyn Garden City we manufacture RiserSafe and OmegaRiser, our bespoke products for riser shafts. We are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join our team in Welwyn Garden City, on a fixed term, but possibly leading to full time.
MIG welding and sheet metal work experience is essential. The successful candidate will have a worked in a similar role and possess the ability to read drawings, be a team player and have a hands-on and flexible approach to carry out all duties within this friendly and busy factory. Current coding’s are preferable but are not essential.
Ability to safely operate grinders, pillar drill and combi-drill is required
Remuneration
- 28 days holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays), pro-rata.
- 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday
- Temporary position but possibly leading to permanent subject to business levels
- £15.50-£16.30 per hour depending on experience
- Contributory pension scheme
