Why we're hiring: As the brand scales, we need someone who can build and own relationships at a senior level. Not just work a pipeline, but open doors, close deals, and represent Mindy Paul in rooms where our future clients and partners actually are. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to turn our growing network into revenue.

You're a proven closer who's comfortable owning a deal from first conversation to signature
You're a natural networker who builds real relationships, not just contact lists
You're confident representing a premium brand face-to-face with high-value clients

Responsibilities:

Close deals with qualified prospects, owning the full sales conversation
Attend industry events, masterminds, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new business
Build and maintain a network of high-value contacts, referral partners, and potential clients
Represent the Mindy Paul brand client-facing, in person and over the phone
Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently through to close
Log activity and deal status accurately

Requirements:

Proven closing experience, ideally in high-ticket coaching, consulting, or professional services
Strong network and comfortable building new relationships from scratch
Excellent in-person and over-the-phone communicator
Self-sufficient, well organised, and results driven

Location:

Remote, with travel to events and in-person meetings as required

Compensation:

Basic: £30,000 - £35,000
Commission: £500 per sale for the first 10 sales in a calendar month, rising to £750 per sale from the 11th sale onwards

No cap. The more you close, the more you earn.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Milton Keynes MK1
