The Role

Are you someone who thrives under pressure while creating exceptional experiences for others? At The Heat Club, we are looking for a passionate and driven Club Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our wellness space and become a key part of our growing brand.

As the link between the Founders and the member experience, you will ensure every person who walks through our doors steps into a seamless, welcoming, and high-energy environment. You will champion our core values of Consistency, Cleanliness, and Community, helping shape a space where people feel restored, inspired, and connected.

This role will initially focus on managing and operating a small-scale pilot site, laying the groundwork for the launch of a larger flagship location planned for 2027. Working closely with the founders, you will play a key role in refining operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to build the strong foundations of a successful and scalable business.

This position offers significant opportunities for growth and progression, making it ideal for someone with proven experience within the wellness and hospitality industry who is passionate about contributing to an ambitious and evolving business.

Your Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and inspire our Experience Assistants to deliver outstanding service. You will foster a culture of professionalism, positivity, and accountability while ensuring staffing levels and schedules are optimised for smooth daily operations.

Facility Excellence

Maintain our saunas, ice baths, and wellness spaces to the highest standards. From overseeing water quality and temperature optimisation to ensuring immaculate presentation throughout the club, you will deliver a premium sensory experience for every member.

Operational Systems

Manage stock levels across towels, refreshments, and retail products while continuously improving operational systems and member check-in processes to create a smooth and frictionless customer journey.

Strategic Growth & Collaboration

Work closely with the Directors and attend monthly board meetings to review KPIs, operational performance, and future opportunities. You will contribute ideas for events, workshops, retreats, and community-focused experiences that strengthen The Heat Club brand and culture.

Digital Presence

Support and engage with our online community by capturing behind-the-scenes content, promoting club culture, and ensuring our digital presence reflects the energy and atmosphere experienced in person.

Member Experience & Conflict Resolution

Handle member feedback and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and emotional intelligence, ensuring The Heat Club remains an inclusive, welcoming, and restorative environment for all.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual with proven experience in the modern wellness, fitness, or premium hospitality sector. You are calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and take pride in maintaining exceptional standards across every aspect of the business.

Whether it’s resolving operational challenges, supporting team members, or improving the customer experience, you approach every task with initiative and attention to detail. You understand the importance of health and safety, but equally recognise the value of warmth, energy, and human connection in creating a memorable member experience.

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
