What’s Involved?

You will be based in one of our Magnet showrooms, working closely as part of a fast paced, sales driven and motivated team. You will be an asset to the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on exciting projects.

As a Store Service Manager growth will be a priority and will be achieved by supporting driving process, looking at cost efficiencies and applying an ethos of accuracy and compliance. You will assist the team by been involved in any change initiatives, ongoing projects, coaching and supporting both new and existing colleagues, regarding training and development throughout the customer journey. You’ll also work closely with all our customers, delivering amazing customer service and dealing with any of the issues they might have effectively.

From the initial conversations in our showroom right through to installation and after care (home visits), we strive to create a welcoming environment to ensure consistent deliver high standards of customer service throughout.
