We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Support Specialist to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional service to our patients.
Job Overview:
As a Data Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data related to patient care, sales, and marketing. You will work closely with our team of audiologists, sales representatives, and marketing professionals to ensure accurate and timely data entry, as well as maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of data management and reporting methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and management tasks accurately and efficiently using various software programs, including but not limited to CRM systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Microsoft Excel.
Perform regular audits and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Assist in the development and maintenance of data collection procedures and protocols.
Analyze and interpret data to generate reports and dashboards for management and team members.
Collaborate with various departments to identify and address data-related issues and provide solutions.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of all patient and company data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to data management and reporting.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Working knowledge of CRM systems and EHRs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proven ability to handle and process large sets of data accurately and efficiently.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data security regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
