The Role
As a Pest Control Technician you will be responsible for visiting customer properties, identifying pest issues, and providing safe and effective treatment solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
· Inspecting residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity · Identifying pest problems and potential entry points · Carrying out pest control treatments including baiting, trapping and monitoring · Providing customers with advice on pest prevention and hygiene · Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records · Maintaining company equipment and vehicle to a high standard · Delivering a professional, friendly and reliable service at all times
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, hardworking and professional · Comfortable working independently and managing their own daily schedule · Practical and enjoys problem-solving · Friendly and confident when dealing with customers · Willing to learn new skills and develop within the role
Essential · Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential) · Previous pest control experience · Experience in field service, maintenance, construction, farming, environmental services or similar practical roles
Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

Location
Our head office is based in Hethersett. This role requires the successful candidate to work across Suffolk, including key areas such as Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Lowestoft and Stowmarket. Around 90% of all jobs will be based in Suffolk, with occasional travel into Norfolk as required.
