Sales Lead Generator – Business Telecoms (Desk-Based)

Location: Norfolk & Suffolk (Office-Based) | Type: Full-time | Base Salary: £25,000 + Commission

Join our growing team helping businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk access cutting-edge telecoms and IT solutions. We’re looking for a driven and motivated Sales Lead Generator to support our field sales team by booking high-quality appointments with business customers.

About the Role

This is a desk-based, outbound calling role focused on generating new business opportunities. You’ll be contacting businesses across the region to introduce our services and secure appointments for our field sales representatives.

You’ll play a key role in driving growth by opening doors and creating valuable opportunities for our sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk
Booking qualified appointments for field sales representatives
Introducing and promoting services including:
Business broadband (FTTP & Wisp)
Wi-Fi solutions
Leased lines
VoIP phone systems
IT and connectivity services
Identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable solutions
Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems
Following up on previous conversations and nurturing prospects
Working closely with the field sales team to maximise conversion rates
Consistently meeting and exceeding call and appointment targets

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Target-driven with a strong work ethic
Resilient, positive, and self-motivated
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in telecoms, broadband, or IT sales
B2B sales experience
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
