Production Operative – Assembly & Final Test
Location: Chedburgh, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary: £27,000 annually
Hours: Full-Time - 39 hours per week (Mon – Thu 07:00-15:45 Fri 07:00-12:00)

The Role
As a Production Operative, you'll be working on precise mechanical and electronic assemblies. Since all our projects are tailored to individual customer needs, you'll regularly work on different types of components, keeping the job fresh and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- General assembly & testing to high standards
- Maintaining quality standards
- Working within a small team to meet deadlines
- Working with computers, Spreadsheets to analyse data
- Maintaining a clean working environment
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in production or similar preferred
- Strong attention to detail and steady hands
- Ability to follow technical documentation accurately
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and products
- Basic computer skills & Experience with spreadsheets is an advantage
- Good communication skills
