Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking an HGV Class 2 driver with at least 3 years experience on skip, RORO hook loaders and dustcarts to join our team. Candidate must be hard working and honest, reliability and flexibility is essential. Must have a good command of the English language. Job involves very early starts, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all road safety regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. - Monday - Friday plus one Saturday per month

Performance Based Bonus

Duties

Delivering and collecting skips and or roll on off skips
Occasional dustcart rounds
Load and unload skips, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries
Communicate with office staff regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations while on the road and at delivery sites.

Requirements

Valid commercial driving licence (C+E or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a Skip and Roll on Off driver.
Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Good physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Must be willing to start very early
Must be flexible
