We are looking for a senior, experienced, operations and event management professional to join our growing Marketing Operations Team. The desired candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large scale events end to end, have demonstratable budget management experience and a strong leadership and strategy background to support the Head of Marketing Operations.
Proven experience of building both digital and event content is highly desirable as this role will lead a number of content focussed events and lead the curation of panels, key notes and firesides tailored to a C-Suite audience.
The Marketing Operations Team is responsible for a wide scope of events and projects so we are looking for a dynamic and multi-disciplinary senior manager with a strong leadership, project & event management skillset.
Be a senior leader within a high-performing Marketing Operations Team, driving excellence in delivery and execution
Lead the design and delivery of complex events, activations, and demo-led experiences end-to-end
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events and campaigns, from concept through to delivery and evaluation
Own and manage significant budgets, ensuring effective forecasting, tracking, and cost control
Oversee all supplier, agency, and partner relationships, including negotiation and contract management
Lead and develop a team, mentoring and supporting individuals to deliver at a consistently high standard
Drive the creation of content-led events, including demos, panels, keynote sessions, and fireside discussions tailored to B2B and C-suite audiences
Partner with internal teams to shape compelling content experiences across physical and digital formats
Own end-to-end event content delivery, including run-of-show, screen content, and audience journey design
Ensure seamless integration between content, production, and delivery across all activations
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Act as a key stakeholder interface, confidently engaging and influencing senior leaders and partners.
Essential skills and experience
Demonstratable experience managing large scale budgets
Strong background in negotiation, contract and supplier & agency management
Experience in leadership and line management. Mentoring and developing team members.
Exceptional organisational skills and background in managing large scale activations and campaigns
Experience leading, planning and executing events, focussed on content, panels and a B2B audience
Proven experience working with C-Suite level stakeholders
Expert knowledge of event management and project management tools and best practices
Event and content management background, understanding of building event content end to end including ROS and screen content
Can do attitude and ability to get involved with a wide variety of events, campaigns and activations cross-functionally
A strong team player who works well in a group setting who can lead projects with multiple stakeholders with ease and ensure events and projects are delivered to a high standard, on time
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once whilst under pressure
