- Proven experience with a wide range of cuts — fades, tapers, scissors, clipper-over-comb
- Someone who takes genuine pride in their work and their client relationships
- A team player who lifts the shop's energy, not just their own chair count
- Punctual, professional, and reliable — clients book you because they trust you
- Ambition to develop — whether that's technique, speed, or stepping into a senior role
THE ROLE
Full-time employed position. You'll be working in a busy, well-established shop with a loyal and growing client base. Weekends are part of the schedule — that's where the trade is, and our team shares it fairly.
We keep things structured so you're not winging it, but we're not a factory. There's breathing room to build your regulars, showcase your work on social, and contribute to how the shop feels and runs.
