We are looking for a Junior Trim and Assembly Technician to join our high-performance manufacturing team. You will support the trimming, fitting, assembly, and inspection of carbon fibre components, working from detailed engineering drawings and build instructions to deliver parts to exacting standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with strong attention to detail to develop specialist composite manufacturing skills within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Assembly, trim, and fit of composite components (e.g. bodywork, floors, wings, ducts) to tight tolerances.

Assist with bonding, drilling, countersinking, and finishing of carbon fibre parts in line with engineering specifications.

Work to detailed CAD drawings, build manuals, and technical instructions to ensure accuracy and repeatability.

Fit and align aero surfaces and body panels to meet aerodynamic and dimensional requirements.

Carry out basic inspection and quality checks, identifying defects such as delamination, surface damage, or misalignment.

Ensure all work complies with team quality standards, technical regulations, and build sign-off processes.

Safely operate specialist tools and equipment used in composite trimming and assembly.

Support turnaround repairs and rework, including damage assessment and minor composite repairs.

Accurately complete build records, job cards, and traceability documentation.

Work collaboratively with Technicians and other departments to meet car build deadlines and performance targets.

Actively contribute to a high-performance, detail-driven team culture.
