PCV Coach Driver – Ridleys Coaches, Warwick

Ridleys Coaches are looking for professional and reliable Day PCV Coach Drivers to join our growing team in Warwick.

Operating a modern fleet of 60 coaches, we provide a wide range of transport services including:

Home to school transport services
Private hire work
Rail replacement services
UK feeder work
Day trips

Ridleys Coaches is a family run and owned business, not part of a large corporate organisation. We pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly, supportive working environment where our staff are valued and respected.

We are specifically looking for day drivers who can carry out all aspects of our work to a high professional standard whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times.

We proudly operate one of the highest quality coach fleets in Warwickshire, with a modern fleet that is less than 10 years old. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are looking for drivers who share the same high standards and commitment to customer care.

Pay Rates

£14.00 per hour – Monday to Friday (6am – 9pm)
£16.50 per hour – Nights (9pm – 6am)
£16.50 per hour – Saturdays & Sundays
Minimum 6 hours pay on weekends

Secure and established company with regular ongoing work - We currently operate 24 school runs local to Warwickshire alongside a busy programme of private hires, rail replacement work.

Requirements

Valid PCV Licence (Category D)
Valid CPC Qualification
Digital Tachograph Card
Professional and customer-focused attitude
Reliability and flexibility
Ability to maintain high standards across all areas of work
Confidence driving long vehicles
An enhanced DBS check will be carried out for successful applicants
