Senior Camp Instructor (Qualified)

Contractor, £14.50 per hour, plus holiday pay

Location – Yateley, Hampshire
Are you free during the school holidays? Do you have prior experience leading a team?
We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to work as Senior Camp Instructors at the Holiday Camps taking place at Yateley Manor School. You will be responsible for delivering activities to children between the ages of 4 and 13.
With work available during every school holiday, this is an excellent opportunity for you to be part of our exciting new Holiday camp scheme at Yateley Manor School.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Level 2 childcare qualification
- Great reliability and time keeping skills
- Lots of energy to engage children in a variety of pre-determined activities
- Ability to build great relationships with children and staff
- Calm, organised and detail oriented
- Knowledge and experience working within a childcare setting
- Experience managing small teams within any previous job role
- Strong communication skills, including frequent interaction with parents and staff
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver activities to children aged 4–13
- Work alongside other instructors to help improve their delivery
- Support instructors in building their confidence to deliver engaging sessions
- Model the traits and behaviours required to be a great instructor
All training will be provided to ensure your readiness for this role.
