Full job description

Summary:

This role is to provide maternity cover with the benefit of having a supportive team around you. You will provide support to our Franchise Partners, Customers and teams across the business. FTC for 13 months

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reception/Customer Service

· Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

· Take and relay messages

· Provide information to callers

· Deal with queries from the public and franchisees

· Greet guests on arrival

· Schedule appointments

· Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically

· Tidy and maintain the reception area and the office in general

· Open post and distribute as necessary and action what is required

· Control inventory relevant to reception area

Office Co-ordination

· Ordering stationery for the office when required and ensuring minimum levels of stationery is available

· Ordering office supplies, i.e. tea and coffee

· Organise the servicing and repair visits for the security alarm, air conditioning, water machine, fire extinguishers and fire alarm

· Keeping track of maintenance issues in Head Office

· Ensuring the franking machine has sufficient funds and consumables

· Being the first point of contact for any company mobile phone issues. Arranging upgrades when necessary and dealing with any insurance claims.

· Dealing with the administration of company cars including insurance, car tax and PCN’s.

· Assist in the organisation and smooth running of company functions

· Assist with admin associated with the Waves annual conference

Desirable Skills and Attributes

· Good communication skills both verbal and written

· Good IT skills including Microsoft

· Organised

· Able to multitask

· Team player

Package

Days

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday – Working outside of these days may be required to support the needs of the business

Hours

8.30am to 5.30pm (one hour unpaid lunch break)

Salary

£18,000.00 (for the stated hours)

Holiday

13.5 days (for the stated hours)

Pay: £18,000.00 per year
