Salary: £35,000–£40,000 DOE (pro rata for part-time hours)
Hours: Full-time and part-time applications will be considered, with flexibility for the right candidate.

The role
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who is strong across performance marketing, analytics and campaign delivery. You'll work on Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta ads and LinkedIn campaigns; support SEO and content initiatives; and contribute to website projects across multiple platforms.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and autonomy, ideal for an experienced marketer looking for a flexible part-time position within a growing agency. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while enjoying the variety that comes from working across a diverse client portfolio.
What you’ll be doingPerformance & paid media
- Building and optimising Google Ads search and shopping campaigns
· Managing Google Shopping feeds, campaign setups and troubleshooting Merchant Centre issues
· Creating Meta ads and LinkedIn campaigns (audiences, copy, creative briefs, testing frameworks)
- Continually reviewing data, refining targeting and improving CPL/ROAS
- Writing ad copy, hooks and variations for testing
- Brainstorming and planning content ideas that support client campaigns
SEO & content
● Keyword research, content audits and competitor analysis
● Researching, writing or editing blogs and landing pages with SEO and UX in mind
● Improving metadata, structure, internal linking and basic schema
Analytics & tracking
● Setting up and validating conversions and events in Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Google Ads
● Troubleshooting tracking issues, data layer events, and consent mode challenges
● Producing reports with clear, actionable insight
Web & technical
● Supporting website builds and migrations across multiple platforms
● Creating briefs for developers and designers
● Testing staging sites, logging issues, and assisting with go-live
● Making small content or layout updates where needed
Client & project management
● Managing tasks and deadlines across multiple clients (using Clickup)
● Preparing pitch documents, agendas, summaries and communications
● Working collaboratively with the CMO, developers and designers

Who we’re looking for
Someone who is:
● An experienced digital marketer who is comfortable taking ownership of their work and delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision
● Experienced (2+ years) in digital marketing across paid media, content and analytics
● Strong hands-on experience building, managing and optimising Google Ads, Google Shopping and Meta ad campaigns
● Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content for ads, websites and social media
● Experience working with website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace or Webflow
● Confidence working independently, making informed decisions and taking ownership of client deliverables
