Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor

Location: Watford
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000
Practice area: Private Client
Type: Full time, Hybrid working, full benefits package including bonus scheme etc.

The opportunity

An established top 100 UK law firm with a strong private client practice is looking to appoint a Senior Associate into its Watford office. This is a strategic hire with a clear pathway towards Partnership.

This role offers the chance to step into a visible position within a growing team, with real influence over direction, client relationships and future growth.

Strong reputation for advising high net worth individuals and families

The role

You will play a central role in developing the private client offering in Watford, working closely with senior stakeholders across the firm.

Key responsibilities:

Advise high net worth individuals on estate planning, tax and trusts matters
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support and mentor junior lawyers
Identify and drive business development opportunities
Contribute to the growth strategy of the wider private client team

Experience required

Qualified solicitor with solid private client experience
Strong background advising HNW clients
Experience across a mix of:
Estate administration
Succession planning
Trusts
Personal tax
Commercial awareness and an interest in developing a practice
Clear communication style and strong interpersonal skills

Working environment

Hybrid working model with a regular presence in the Watford office
