Self-Employed Taxi Drivers Wanted – Stirling - Weekends

Applicants must be over the age of 21 and must have held a full UK driving licence for more than a year

AppiCab Ltd, a local well established transport provider, is now recruiting self-employed taxi drivers for the Stirling area to meet growing customerdemand

Whether you’re looking for full-time income or part-time flexibility, we offer lucrative contract work with everything you need to hit the road – including a licensed vehicle.

Full support is available in applying for and securing a taxi badge.

A signing bonus may be applicable for drivers who already have a taxi badge and want to come on board

Drivers with their own fully licensed vehicle are also welcome

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles, to transport passengers to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in a clean and good working condition
Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding any issues or delays.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving to ensure the safety of yourself, passengers and others on the road.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
Demonstrate basic safety checks on vehicles when necessary.

Requirements

Valid driving license.
Previous experience as a driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of vehicles is advantageous for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes as required.
A good knowledge of the Stirling area is beneficial but not mandatory as navigation is built in to our system.
Council Badge will need to be applied for if not already licensed (Help Provided)

Pay: £10,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
