Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Florist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for floral design, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to create stunning arrangements for a variety of occasions. This role offers an opportunity to work in a creative environment, delivering customised floral bouquets that meet our clients’ needs and expectations. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and presentation while ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties

Designing and creating bespoke floral arrangements for events, weddings, and daily retail sales
Assisting customers with selecting flowers and providing expert advice on floral care and maintenance
Organising stock levels, ensuring flowers are stored correctly to maximise freshness and longevity
Managing merchandising displays to attract customers and promote seasonal or promotional products
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the shop, including tools and workspaces
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of orders and efficient workflow
Keeping up-to-date with current floral trends, horticultural techniques, and gardening practices
Providing exceptional customer service through clear communication in English and Spanish when required

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Florist with a strong portfolio of floral arrangements
Knowledge of horticulture, gardening, and plant care techniques
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed
Passionate about floristry, with a keen eye for colour, detail, and aesthetics
