Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the school office. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, excellent clerical skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the school.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate team productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Proficient in computerised systems.
Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
