Join Our Growing Team – Automatic Door Engineers

Excellent Earning Potential

Lead Engineer: £50,000 – £60,000
Fitters Mate: Up to £40,000
Salary dependant on experience

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our expanding installation team working with high-quality automatic door systems across a variety of commercial projects.

Whether you’re an experienced engineer or looking to build a long-term career within the industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and supportive company where your skills and development are genuinely valued. Training can be provided for the right candidate, making this an ideal role for someone eager to learn and progress.

The Role

You will be involved in the installation and commissioning of a wide range of automatic door systems, including:

Sliding doors
Swing doors
Bi-folding doors
Manual doors
ICU doors
Revolving doors
Curved sliding door

You’ll work closely with project managers, site teams, and building owners to deliver installations safely, professionally, and to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full, clean UK driving licence
CSCS card holder
Experience or understanding of automatic door systems and related industry practices is advantageous

Preferred for Lead Engineer Applicants

NVQ Level 2 Skilled Worker accreditation
Understanding of BS7036:1996/2014 and BS EN16005:2012 safety standards
