To deliver the agreed loss prevention strategy and supporting business KPIs through the successful execution of store-based projects. This role plays a key part in reducing shrink by ensuring operational standards & loss prevention projects are effectively implemented and consistently adhered to across the total retail estate. Working cross-functionally, the role will engage closely with Retail teams and other key business functions to ensure that store projects & operational processes impacting shrink are aligned with company standards. This role is a secondment opportunity and based at our support office in Bradford.
Accountabilities:
Customer:
Collaborate with suppliers and third-party contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to the shrink strategy
Deliver successful projects that support the customer journey inclusive of NPS but hold sufficient friction to achieve the shrink benefit
External networking to review future & current products to enhance shrink management in stores while delivering the businesses shrink strategy
Colleague:
Maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure consistent support for the loss reduction agenda highest levels of loss engagement across entire store teams
Listen to and respond to in store colleague feedback and insight into loss
Operational:
Own, define, and deliver loss prevention initiatives and projects
Lead on mitigating shrink within Retail Operations through strong operational process
