Position: Golf Relations Manager

Working with a growing network of golf clubs across the UK, we help clubs generate additional revenue while providing sponsors with unique opportunities to engage with golfers.
As we continue to expand our network, we are looking for a Golf Relations Manager to build and strengthen relationships with our golf club partners and ensure our partnerships continue to deliver value for all parties.
The Role:
The Golf Relations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for our golf club network, maintaining strong relationships with club managers, owners, committees, and key stakeholders.
You will be responsible for ensuring clubs remain engaged with our products and services, supporting operational requirements, identifying opportunities for growth, and helping to maximise the success of partnerships across the network.
This is a relationship-focused role requiring excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Golf Club Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with golf club managers, owners, directors, committees, and key contacts.
- Conduct regular communication with golf club partners to ensure continued engagement.
- Act as the main point of contact for club-related enquiries and support requests.
- Build trust and long-term partnerships with clubs across the network.
Partnership Delivery
- Ensure all partnership commitments are delivered in line with agreements.
- Work alongside internal departments to coordinate installations, artwork updates, advertising campaigns, and sponsor requirements.
- Support clubs in maximising the value they receive from their partnership with Clubhouse Sports Media.
- Monitor engagement and identify areas where additional support may be required.
Network Growth & Retention
- Support the onboarding of new golf club partners.
- Conduct regular reviews with existing clubs.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and improve retention.
- Work closely with the sales team to support renewals and network expansion.
Operational Support
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams regarding club requirements.
- Assist with scheduling site visits, installations, and maintenance activity.
- Ensure CRM records and club information remain accurate and up to date.
- Escalate issues where required and oversee resolutions.
Industry Representation
- Attend golf club meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions where required.
- Represent Clubhouse Sports Media professionally at all times.
- Maintain a strong understanding of developments within the golf industry.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in account management, client relationship management, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Experience working within the golf industry.
- Knowledge of golf club operations.
- Previous experience managing business partnerships.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- A passion for golf or sport.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
