Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What you'll be doing?

This role leads continuous improvement initiatives using a range of methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. It involves facilitating cross-functional workshops to identify inefficiencies and develop practical, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include analysing processes to eliminate waste, applying structured problem-solving techniques to address root causes, and delivering end-to-end improvement projects from scoping to implementation and results tracking. The role establishes and monitors KPIs to assess performance and inform leadership decisions, while driving engagement by clearly communicating change objectives. It also reviews data trends to identify risks and uncover new opportunities for strategic improvement.
