Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinating surveys, installations, and logistics scheduling
Managing customer accounts from start to completion
Handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Liaising with installers, surveyors, suppliers, and management teams
Reviewing quotes and understanding order specifications
Upselling additional products/services where appropriate
Monitoring outstanding balances and following up payments
Ensuring all customer records and operational systems remain updated
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process

What We’re Looking For:

Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service ability
Confident handling difficult conversations and complaints
Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
Experience coordinating logistics, installations, or scheduling
Strong attention to detail
Commercial awareness and confidence speaking with customers
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Previous experience within home improvements, construction, windows/doors, or similar industries is highly desirable
