Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that align with our offerings. Note this is a self employed role and predominantly commission based.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and address any questions or concerns from potential clients.
- Utilise CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information accurately.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling objections and rejections during calls.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for follow-up.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
- Continuously improve telemarketing techniques through feedback and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using software applications, particularly CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- A friendly and persuasive manner with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
