At EnviroVent, we help people create healthier homes through effective domestic ventilation systems that tackle damp, condensation and mould.
We’re a small, friendly, hardworking team looking for a confident and organised Customer Care & Service Coordinator to become an important part of our day-to-day operation.
This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and likes being part of a close-knit office where everyone works together and supports each other.
About the Role
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for homeowners, landlords and tenants contacting EnviroVent.
A big part of the role is understanding customer concerns, asking the right questions, and arranging surveys for our specialists to attend. You’ll also support existing customers by discussing ongoing servicing and maintenance options.
No technical experience is required, but you should be comfortable learning the basics of our products and services over time so you can speak confidently with customers.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, organisation, communication and relationship management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
- Speaking with homeowners and landlords about damp, mould and ventilation concerns
- Asking questions to understand customer needs and identify the right next steps
- Booking property surveys and coordinating appointments
- Following up with existing customers regarding servicing and maintenance options
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
- Providing a friendly, calm and professional experience throughout the customer journey
- Working closely with a small office team to keep everything running smoothly

Experience in customer service, property, lettings, scheduling or office administration would be helpful, but attitude and personality are just as important to us.

Location: Saltaire (office-based role, no remote work will be considered)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Education
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
