Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Bradford. In this role, you will support our sales operations by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our logistics team. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining our reputation for reliable service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer information
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and order processing
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their freight needs
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales administration or customer service within a logistics or transport environment is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Fluency in English is essential
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
