This includes shopping, meal preparation, attending appointments, swimming, days out, cinema trips, social events, hobbies, and helping them access their local community while encouraging them to achieve their personal goals.
You will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals to achieve their personal goals, aims and ambitions. The support you provide will vary depending on the needs of the people you support because everyone is different.
