This is an entry-level position where full training will be provided. We are looking for a unique professional who is a collaborative team player, yet possesses the self-reliance, drive, and initiative to learn quickly and eventually manage their own workload effectively.
As you progress through your training, you will become a primary point of contact for our property transactions, coordinating with various external professionals to ensure seamless sales progression and property management.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Learn to Do):
- Sales Progression & Coordination: Learn to actively manage and progress property sales from instruction through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of communication, regularly speaking and coordinating with conveyancing solicitors, estate agents, locksmiths, and tradespeople.
- Property Maintenance Coordination: Instruct and schedule tradespeople for required works, ensuring swift turnaround times and high standards.
- Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client files and property records using standard office software.
- Inbound/Outbound Communication: Handle telephone calls and emails professionally, resolving queries efficiently and building your confidence on the phone.
Key Requirements & Attributes (Who We Are Looking For):
- The Desire to Learn: No prior property experience is required, but you must have a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to build a career in the industry.
- Communication Potential: An excellent, professional telephone manner is essential. You must be able to communicate clearly, assertively, and politely with a diverse range of people.
- The Best of Both Worlds: A proven ability to work seamlessly within a supportive team environment, alongside the self-motivation required to work autonomously once fully trained.
- Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Basic IT Skills: A comfortable working knowledge of standard computer software (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a distinct advantage.
What We Offer
- Full, structured training on the property ecosystem, sales progression, and estate workflows.
- Stable, structured working hours (no weekends).
- A supportive, friendly office environment based in Braintree.
- A genuine career path with the opportunity to take true ownership of your role as you qualify.
