Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vinyl Wrapper to join our team at Creative Kitchen Wraps Essex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applying vinyl wraps to various surfaces, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining safety standards throughout the process. The successful applicant will be instrumental in delivering customised solutions for our clients, contributing to the visual transformation of kitchens or other surfaces.

Duties

Prepare surfaces thoroughly to ensure optimal adhesion of vinyl wraps
Measure and cut vinyl materials accurately
Apply vinyl wraps smoothly and evenly, avoiding bubbles or creases
Use specialised tools to trim excess vinyl and achieve precise edges
Perform heavy lifting when handling large or bulky vinyl sheets or materials
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to uphold safety standards
Inspect finished work for quality assurance
Assist with maintenance and minor repairs of tools and equipment used in wrapping processes where required

Requirements

Proven experience as a Vinyl Wrapper or similar role within the domestic, vehicle or signage industry
Proficiency in using hand tools such as squeegees, knives, and measuring tapes
Ability to work with tools safely and efficiently
Physical strength for occasional heavy lifting tasks and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving high-quality finishes
Organised approach to work with good time management skills
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and vinyl application methods is desirable
