The role of Senior Carer is up for grabs as soon as you feel ready and we get to know you are competent and capable of it. (Bring it up at one of your appraisals! Bring cake and we'll make barista grade coffee!)

This role will involve care in the community with hours to suit but will include every other weekend.

You should be flexible work wise, willing to learn, ideally have a Health and Social Care QCF/NVQ but it is not essential, you will need to drive and have your own vehicle due to the nature of the work (This could be a magic carpet, broom or moped - but a car is ideal!)
