Marketing Manager – Growth & Digital Strategy

Location: In-person (UK-based)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000 per year + performance-based commission (TBD)
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing digital brand and lead the next stage of its growth.

This role is centred around one objective: growth. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase traffic, improve customer acquisition, and support the launch of new products, brands, and business ventures.

You’ll work closely with the founders to test ideas, optimise campaigns, and build scalable marketing systems across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and executing marketing strategies focused on growth
Planning, launching, and optimising marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Driving traffic and customer acquisition for existing and future business ventures
Building and improving marketing funnels to maximise conversions
Testing new marketing angles, creatives, and growth opportunities
Analysing campaign performance and using data to improve results
Helping develop the marketing foundations for new products and launches
Managing external agencies, freelancers, or marketing team members where required
Collaborating closely with the founders on new business ideas and go-to-market strategies
Staying up to date with industry trends and identifying new growth opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Strong understanding of customer acquisition and marketing strategy
Experience planning and managing successful marketing campaigns
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Highly proactive, creative, and results-driven
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience working with creators, digital brands, or online businesses
Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, and automation
Familiarity with landing pages, conversion rate optimisation, and A/B testing
Experience managing freelancers or small marketing teams
