As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Trainee Landscaper to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working outdoors, eager to learn a skilled trade, and wants to build a long-term career within the landscaping industry.

The Role
As a Trainee Landscaper, you'll work alongside experienced landscapers and craftsmen, learning all aspects of luxury garden construction and landscaping.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the construction of bespoke gardens and outdoor spaces
- Learning how to install patios, paving, fencing, planting schemes, and garden features
- Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Supporting the team with site preparation and general landscaping duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Delivering the high standards of workmanship Rose Hill Luxury Gardens is known for

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence essecntial
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Interest in landscaping, construction, horticulture, or garden design
