The Role
We are looking for a Post Completions Assistant to join our busy conveyancing team based in our Basildon office.
The job will include the following roles and responsibilities: -
· Drafting and Submitting AP1's to the land registry
· Dealing with Requisitions received from the land registry
· Providing updates to clients in respect of applications
· Providing updates to mortgage lenders in respect of applications
· Land Registry Searches
· Providing monthly internal reports
· Work well as part of a team
