Full job description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our welcoming team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive. This role involves managing bookings, answering enquiries, and supporting the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, a warm demeanour, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
Manage appointment bookings efficiently via phone and computer systems
Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about services offered
Handle guest enquiries courteously, offering personalised recommendations when appropriate
Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment
Support administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating client records
Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth scheduling of treatments and services
Uphold high standards of guest service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, hotel reception, or guest services is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous to serve a diverse clientele
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Knowledge of hospitality or spa industry standards is beneficial but not essential
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and composure
