Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Concrete Mini Mix Driver to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will operate a specialized mini mix concrete truck to deliver high-quality concrete to various construction sites. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure timely deliveries, smooth operations, and satisfied clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced construction environment where your skills directly contribute to building projects and community development.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a concrete mini mix truck, ensuring proper handling and delivery of concrete mixtures.
Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet project deadlines and optimize fuel usage.
Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after shifts, checking mechanical components and fluid levels.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, locations, and quantities delivered.
Communicate effectively with site managers and team members to coordinate delivery schedules.
Assist with loading and unloading concrete as needed, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed.
Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting or maintenance tasks when necessary to keep the vehicle in optimal condition.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Experience operating a mini mix or similar commercial vehicle preferred.
Mechanical knowledge to perform routine vehicle inspections and minor repairs.
Familiarity with operating excavators or other construction equipment is a plus.
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to driving and construction site operations.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads when required.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and service excellence.
