Are you passionate about helping young adults live fulfilling, meaningful lives? We're looking for enthusiastic and caring SEN Support Workers to join our Partnerships day provision team, supporting young adults and adults with additional needs to access their local community, build independence, develop life skills, and enjoy enriching activities.
You'll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals, make connections, and experience new opportunities in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. If you're compassionate, proactive, and committed to making a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of the Partnerships provision, you will be a vital member of the team, supporting our service users to plan meaningful activities, build a bespoke timetable and access planned therapies or interventions.

Salary:
Care Level 1 - £13.55 per hour with an unsociable hours supplement of £1.50 per hour for weekend working
Care Level 2 - £13.73 per hour with an unsociable hours supplement of £1.50 per hour for weekend working
Hours: Full time shifts available from 7:30am - 16:00 or 16:30pm (additional weekend and or evening shifts available)
Weeks: 38 per year
Annual leave: 5 weeks plus 10 days bank holidays (pro rata for 38 week staff)

- Ability and willingness to assist service users with their personal care requirements as needed, whilst maintaining their dignity.

Ability to support service users in a way that promotes their independence and development

NVQ 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to complete in an agreed timeframe.

Willingness to undertake and achieve Skills for Care Induction Award within 12 weeks if no formal care qualifications.
