Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Baristas to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation and customer interaction, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
Handle food safety procedures diligently, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
Take customer orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and provide friendly service to enhance the customer experience.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when required.
Maintain a clean and organised work station, including cleaning equipment and surfaces regularly.
Manage multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring prompt service during busy periods.
Uphold health and safety regulations in accordance with company policies.

Skills

Proven Barista experience with coffee-making techniques is essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in handling food and beverages.
Experience in serving customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Basic food preparation skills for assembling snacks or light meals as needed.
Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently.
Good basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
