Full job description

Relief Care Workers

Are you a compassionate, caring individual committed to helping children and young people achieve their full potential?

We are looking for motivated and reliable Relief Care Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people in a safe, nurturing environment.

What we offer:

£13.00 per hour
Annual leave accrued
Specialist training and ongoing support

What we’re looking for:

Experience
Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as a full programme of training and support will be provided

Qualities & Values
Warmth, empathy, integrity, kindness, a nurturing nature, and reliability

Qualifications
Children and Young People’s Workforce Diploma (or equivalent) is desirable

Flexibility
Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and unsociable hours

Must be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team

Additional Information

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
