Children's Activity Leader – Summer Holiday Clubs

Educamps Outdoors is looking for enthusiastic Activity Leaders to join our team delivering specialist holiday clubs for children aged 4–14 at Sopley Primary School.
Unlike traditional holiday camps, our children spend the day fully immersed in a chosen club, allowing them to develop skills, build confidence, and pursue their interests in a fun and supportive environment.
Our holiday clubs include:
- Survival Skills Club
- Sports Club
- Performing Arts Club
- Creative Club
We're looking for people who can bring experience, skills, or enthusiasm in one or more of these areas, alongside a genuine passion for working with children. Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
About the Role
As an Activity Leader, you will play a key role in delivering engaging sessions throughout the day, helping children learn new skills, challenge themselves, and have fun.
Whether you're teaching bushcraft skills, running sports activities, leading drama games, or delivering creative projects, you'll be helping create memorable experiences that children can't wait to return to.
While many of our team members have a particular area of interest or expertise, all Activity Leaders should be willing to support a variety of activities and work across different clubs when required.
Applicants should be available to work multiple days during summer holidays.

Educamps Outdoors is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All successful applicants will be required to undergo appropriate safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS check. Applicants must be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS certificate if they do not already hold one.
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
