CODE Students is an award-winning private student accommodation provider, developing, building, and managing self-contained studio blocks in Leicester and Coventry, with exciting plans to expand to further cities across the UK. We care about our customers as much as we care about our team.

About the Role

This is a back-of-house, office-based sales role. You'll be communicating with students across WhatsApp, online chat, phone, and email, taking them from first enquiry through to a completed, documented sale.

It's a data-heavy, computer-based role that requires strong attention to detail, great organisation, and a genuine love of sales. You'll be working as part of a close-knit, knowledgeable team with clear targets and full support from day one.

A Typical Day Includes:

Engaging with customers via WhatsApp, email, online chat, and phone
Guiding customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to signed contract
Uploading and managing leads accurately, keeping records organised and up to date
Proactively following up on leads to drive conversions
Completing all required sales paperwork and documentation
Supporting customer service enquiries as they arise

Working Hours:

40 hours per week

Saturday: Required on a rotational basis
