Salary: £13–£17 per hour (depending on experience)

We are now seeking passionate and talented chefs at all levels to join our expanding kitchen team.
Whether you're an aspiring Commis Chef, a skilled Chef de Partie, or an experienced Sous Chef, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across a diverse and dynamic food offering while progressing your culinary career.
About the Role
As part of our professional kitchen brigade, you will gain experience across a variety of food outlets and services, including:
- A busy hotel restaurant serving high-quality seasonal menus
- Relaxed bar and casual dining concepts
- Corporate events and private functions
- Beautiful wedding and celebratory event catering, delivering memorable experiences for guests on their special day
This role offers excellent variety and the chance to work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients in a creative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards
- Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced and professional kitchen team
- Support service across multiple outlets and event operations
- Assist with stock control, prep, and kitchen organisation
- Contribute ideas towards menu development and seasonal dishes
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences for both leisure guests and event clients
