Full job description

Location: ALTA, Marylebone, London
Hours: Every Saturday (with opportunities for additional cover shifts)
Employment: Part-Time

Our patients expect a luxury experience from the moment they walk through our doors, and our Front of House team plays a vital role in creating that experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, professional and highly organised Front of House Receptionist to join our team every Saturday. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring every visitor receives a five-star experience in a calm, welcoming and discreet environment.

This role would suit someone with experience in luxury hospitality, private healthcare, premium retail or high-end customer service who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Deliver an outstanding luxury patient experience from arrival to departure.
Manage appointment check-ins and assist with bookings.
Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
Coordinate the daily patient flow with doctors and clinical staff.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Prepare consultation rooms and reception areas to the highest standard.
Offer refreshments and ensure the clinic always looks immaculate.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident and exceptionally well-presented.
Passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
A confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
Reliable, punctual and proactive.
Comfortable working within a premium private healthcare environment.
Experienced in reception, hospitality, concierge, private healthcare or luxury retail (preferred but not essential).
